I started cooking in restaurants across the world over 20 years ago. I have always had a passion for good food and fine dining. Although I have been working in Customer Service roles rather than the kitchen in most recent years, I have continued to fuel my passion for fine foods as a hobby rather than a profession. I took this to another level by experimenting with baking and sugar craft in the last few years which I found I have a flare for. I have enjoyed it so much that I decided to create my own business doing what I love. I hope you enjoy eating it as much as I enjoyed creating it!
